Azmaya Bean Long plate
$240.00
This is a corner plate made with Mt. white kiln in Hasami, Nagasaki using agar-agar clay for chinaware produced in Kyushu.
I use soil ash for a glaze.
The soil ash attracted remaining ash with the miscellaneous small trees of the mountain as an open fire, and iron content included in the ash changes a container into bluish green.
It is the deep white that the bluish green shows slightly.
The feel of a material that I did easily gives an impression of cleanliness, and the maintenance is easy, too.
In spite of being simple, modest presence, the convenience is outstanding.
Of course it is convenient for the arrangement of the dish that there is much humidity including a soup stock winding egg and boiled fish and the food boiled and seasoned for a small plate as there is some depth.
The affinity with various containers is good and is a caliber taking any cooking well.
